deliver boat agreed upon (or acceptable equivalent).
- To
provide skipper briefing.
- To
carry appropriate insurance.
- To
provide clean, safe boats with working systems.
- To
remedy mechanical failures (in chase boat range) within 24 hours.
- To
have company staff on site during business hours.
- To
compensate for lost charter days due to boat / company problems.
- To
tell the truth in advertising.
